Nikki Owen

Nikki has dedicated the last 21 years to the development of individuals working at all levels of large international organisations ranging from customer facing staff to board members, Country leaders and senior managers.

Nikki is the creator of the award winning development toolkit – The Sales Activator® that won universal acclaim for changing the face of learning in the future. She has developed and implemented over 150 different customised learning solutions for organisations across all sectors and has a reputation for outstanding levels of innovation and creativity. Following a 32-year study into charisma and whether it can be replicated in others, Nikki developed and delivered her first public seminar held at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre titled An Audience with Charisma that generated huge media interest. Nikki has discovered a way to increase an individual’s level of charisma within 48 hours and provide tangible evidence of increase. Nikki’s techniques including The Self-Esteem Gift Box™, The Symbol of Star Quality™ and Transcendental Drivers™ are at the frontiers of development. Nikki is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, EFT Level 2 Practitioner and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner.

The Charisma Support Team

Every member of The Charisma Support Team has been accredited by Nikki Owen to deliver the highest standards of support to delegates attending An Audience with Charisma. This accreditation also requires individuals to have attended a minimum of three Audience with Charisma seminars and obtained a minimum of NLP Practitioner, EFT Level 1 and Reiki or Energy for Life Level 1.

Corah Clark

BSc(Hons), Diploma Psychology (UKCP and BACP), EFT Master Practitioner and Trainer (AMT)



After 16 years in the London Advertising Industry, Corah decided to follow her heart into the world of Energy Work and Psychotherapy.

She qualified as an UKCP and BACP accredited Transpersonal Psychotherapist in 1997 specialising in Jung, Gestalt, TA and Person Centred approaches. Corah carried on training in various other modalities such as Electro-Crystal Therapy (Harry Oldfield), Thought Field Therapy (Roger Callahan), Applied Kinesiology (Brian Butler) and Symbolic Modelling (David Grove).

Eventually Corah arrived at the exciting and highly effective ‘tapping’ approach of EFT (Gary Craig) and its near cousin Matrix Reimprinting (Karl Dawson).



Corah became an accredited member of The Charisma Support Team in June 2011 and provides many of the post-seminar support sessions for delegates who have attended An Audience with Charisma. Corah conducts her sessions from either premises in London W1, or by phone or skype.

Ric Hayden

With a career spanning across industries in logistics, retail, banking, events organising, Ric has worked predominantly in a customer -focused environment where people and service go hand in hand. Ric has always performed a role developing groups and individuals at all levels within an organisation. Ric regularly works in partnership with Operational Directors and HR Business Partners to provide specialist coaching, support and guidance that allow the organisation to deliver their people and commercial plans. This involves providing a consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused solutions. 


Ric Hayden first attended An Audience with Charisma in March 2010 in his role as Head of Learning and Development for City Link. Having personally experienced a dramatic transformation from this seminar and witnessing the transformation in others, Ric joined The Charisma Team in June 2011. In October 2011 he became a Accredited Partner for An Audience with Charisma (Sussex region) and hosts corporate seminars in The Dome Room, Hotel du Vin, Brighton.

Mark Wharton

A highly experienced Head of Sales for Staples Advantage - Mark Wharton has dedicated 20 years to the development of sales teams working with individuals at all levels ranging from field-based sales people, inbound and outbound telesales personnel and sales managers. He has a proven track record in B2B sales attaining exceptional success within a variety of industry sectors.

Mark’s core area of expertise includes transforming sales team performance through providing high levels of workforce engagement. In 2007, Mark purchased a sales development company and expanded his expertise in sales training and coaching, working with FTSE 100 clients.

Mark secured a long-term contract with Initial Washroom Solutions (part of Rentokil Initial PLC) as acting Head of Customer Development where he implemented his first customised sales development programme. This received accreditation from the Institute of Sales and Marketing
Management and won him a place in the UK finals for a BESMA award for Sales Trainer of The Year 2010.
As a certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Mark is an expert with applying seemingly complex NLP techniques within a corporate sales environment. He excels at creating rapid attitudinal change enabling organisations to attain double-digit sales growth.

Mark joined The Charisma Team in November 2008 and has assisted in many of the events at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

Angela Tickner

As a Senior Learning and Development Manager at Yell, Angela knows that managing her own development ‘whilst driving the bus’ can be difficult to fit in unless you make time. When Angela first became aware of An Audience with Charisma she dismissed it as too soft and fluffy for her corporate persona. Angela finally attended An Audience with Charisma in June 2010 and experienced a whole spectrum of emotions. Months afterwards Angela noticed that the inner calm and peace she felt from attending was still with her and concluded that An Audience with Charisma was nothing short of transformational. She decided to join The Charisma Team in November 2010 and with her coaching, EFT and NLP skills is an integral part of high standards of support delivered during the seminar.
