Last Thursday and Friday I ran our charisma seminar at Hotel du Vin in Harrogate with a remarkable bunch of people. Typically, people arrive wearing their corporate masks and as the event unfolds I get to meet the real people. Driving home afterwards on Saturday I found myself reflecting on the reasons why organisations want to develop the charismatic potential of their workforce. Did you know:
