Cancellations Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing/email to Audience with Charisma Limited and formally acknowledged by our administrations team. In the event of a booking being cancelled for whatever reason the following charges will apply:

• Less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation before scheduled course: 100% of contract value
• Less than 8 weeks notice of cancellation before scheduled course: 50% of contract value
• 50% of contract value will be invoiced at the point of booking this programme and remaining 50% of contract value will be invoiced following delivery of that programme. Payment required within 30-days from date of invoice. All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%.
