I used to think of myself as being self aware, interested in people and hard working. Being on this seminar opened my mind to look further at who I really am.

I met Nikki before attending the two days and was amazed at the energy high I got just from speaking to her. It convinced me that somehow I had to create the opportunity to find out more. Throughout those 48 hours at the fabulous setting at The Globe, Nikki continued to lift all of us out of our everyday lives and give us some different concepts, supported by scientific evidence, to challenge our traditional way of thinking and consider a new, wider more uplifting view of the world. While the content itself is stimulating, Nikki’s delivery is inspiring and charismatic throughout, enchanting you to make it your vision.

When being faced with change like most of us I can be cynical and doubts did come to me but, the mix of proof that Nikki is able to present, combined with the practical experiences in the room cannot help but quash the analytical need creating the resistance within you.

With any group development opportunity I attend I find I learn much from the other participants and this was no exception but in a totally different way. There was quite a mix of people who attended and at the beginning everyone was projecting their chosen façade they felt appropriate to the setting. The first exercise was theory based and put people at their ease as it was a format most were used to, especially those who were in training themselves. By the afternoon things were starting to change. It wasn’t the information people shared as much as the connection that a shared experience brings. The second day took this to new heights where the team had seated us in specific groups. The connections between the individuals in the group were instant and a circle of trust was created as strong as some relationships which have taken years to establish.

I have to say that for a couple of exercises I couldn’t explain how they work to make a difference. All I can tell you is that they do and you know they do when you’re there. It isn’t something that you leave behind at the end either. I know I feel different, even today several weeks on. The feeling isn’t as intense but I know it’s there and I believe it has changed the way I am in a subtle way. I have had several people comment on how I appear brighter, lifted and more relaxed.

I couldn’t complete this review without a special mention of Les. He is definitely a secret you will want to share, although I don’t want to spoil the surprise. Les is quietly in the background while you go through your seminar but he is immensely powerful and should always, but always, be consulted. He is there when you need him even if you don’t know when that is - he will!

If you’re open to something different and want something to change but not sure what, this is definitely worth your time. Prepare to be taken on an intellectual and emotional voyage of discovery!
