An Audience with Charisma is the copyright of Performance Practitioners Ltd.

All ticket prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.

Your ticket will only be fully confirmed upon receipt of payment for the full ticket price including VAT.

Payment can be made online by credit card through PayPal or Google Checkout. Alternative you can pay by cheque or BACS. Please make cheques payable to Performance Practitioners Limited and note that our BACS details will be issued with your invoice.

All cancellations by the customer must be made in writing to Performance Practitioners Limited and formally acknowledged by our reservations and bookings team. In the event of a ticket being cancelled for whatever reason the following charges will apply:

• Less than 4 weeks notice of cancellation before seminar date: 100% of ticket price
• Less than 6 weeks notice of cancellation before seminar date: 80% of ticket price
• Between 7 & 12 weeks notice of cancellation before seminar date: 20% of ticket price
• The ticket holder can assign their ticket to another individual on the condition that the customer provides Performance Practitioners Limited with the name of that individual.
• The ticket holder cannot use their ticket for any other seminar except for the seminar date it has been booked for.

The ticket price includes the following refreshments:

• Tea, coffee and biscuits upon arrival for both days
• Tea, coffee and biscuits during a morning and afternoon break for both days
• A light lunch with water or orange juice for both days
• Any other refreshments required by the customer are to be ordered and paid for by that customer.

Performance Practitioners Limited reserve the right to cancel any seminar if the seminar venue is required in exceptional circumstances of public importance or for urgent reasons of safety, or in the circumstances such as war, strikes, industrial action short of a strike, lockouts, accidents, fire, blockade or other such events beyond the control of Performance Practitioners Limited. In such an event Performance Practitioners Limited will give the customer maximum notice possible and return all monies paid without further compensation.

The Data Protection Act 1998

Any information supplied by the users of this website will be retained by Performance Practitioners Limited on a database and will be used to compile delegate list that may be distributed at the seminar, The information may also be used for marketing purposes and you could be contacted by letter, fax, telephone or e-mail with details of future events or products promoted by Performance Practitioners Limited, The Sales Activator®, and/or Nikki Owen which may be of interest to you.

Performance Practitioners Limited offers a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the value you gained from the seminar – An Audience with Charisma. Simply contact admin@audiencewithcharisma.com outlining the reasons for your dissatisfaction and provide us with a direct telephone number so we can contact you to fully appreciate the cause of your dissatisfaction. Once a member of our team has contacted you by telephone we will refund your ticket in full within 5 working days.
