Fantastic two days, an emotional rollercoaster. The level of support and encouragement during the two days was wonderful, I can't thank Nikki and Les enough! During the two days I became more myself and relaxed, I think the whole audience did. The seminar built my confidence by allowing me to remove my shield and be true to myself. Since the course I have been a lot more positive and this has had a direct impact on the people around me. If you're open to something different and want something to change but not sure what, this is definitely worth your time. Prepare to be taken on an intellectual and emotional voyage of discovery!

I have to say that for a couple of exercises I couldnt explain how they work to make a difference. All I can tell you is that they do and you know they do when youre there. It isnt something that you leave behind at the end either. I know I feel different, even today several weeks on. The feeling isnt as intense but I know its there and I believe it has changed the way I am in a subtle way.
